- Lens: cataracts, lens luxation/subluxation, lens capsular rupture
- Vitreous: syneresis, anterior hernation, hemorrhages, vitritis, cyst
- Retina: hemorrhage, edema, detachments, degeneration/atrophy, PRA, SARD
- Optic Nerve: infectious/inflammatory optic neuritis, tumors, congenital defects
- Orbit: abscesses, tumors, trauma, inflammatory conditions
- Lacrimal: dry eye (KCS), dacryocystitis, nasolacrimal duct obstructions
- Glaucoma: primary or secondary elevated ocular pressure
