Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center was recently approached by Fox 53 to see if we would be interested in working with them on some projects that they had in mind for the new 2011 season. After meeting with all of the people involved and much discussion, we decided to move forward.
We wanted to do something that would not only let people know more about PVSEC, but also promote the veterinary community. We have put together several 30-second medical messages and we will also be participating in some other things that Fox 53 is working on that are geared toward pets and their owners.
There will be a new medical message that will air each month for the next twelve months. Our goal with each of these medical messages is to educate and enlighten the public about advancements in veterinary medicine that they may not be aware of, and encourage them to talk to their primary veterinarian if they feel their pet might benefit from a referral to Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center.
We hope you like the medical messages that we have put together. It is our goal to help promote the veterinary profession and provide an opening for more discussion with your clients about their pets. These messages will start airing April 11th on Fox 53 (WPGH) and My Pittsburgh TV (WPMY).
